- First steps
After many years spent in the telecom area, I decided to integrate Devoteam for its human scale and specialisation in IT service management. Today, I work for the key account “EDF” on the deployment of a UCMDB from the publisher HP. What I appreciate in particular within Devoteam is the opportunity to easily communicate with managers at every level and with colleagues of different entities of the group, no matter their location. Also, I like working with experts and talented and skilled people! Finally, the large scope of missions is attractive and gives me the opportunity to develop new sets of skills.

During my five years at Devoteam, I have been independently managing projects with different roles (project manager, IT Service Excellence consultant, technical coordinator, trainer…) for key accounts (Sanofi, BNP PF, Telintrans Groupe, La Poste, Ministère des Finances…) and with important responsibilities (Solution Leader of the ITSE Offer, Career Manager, Leader of the Service Management Community within the group ).
- Everyday life at Devoteam
My daily job consists in being attentive to the consultants of my team, provide guidance and support to our different clients, help our juniors to gain skills on the HP technology (web conference planning, technology benchmark…) and promote the Service Management Community to help build our collective intelligence on the subject. A real daily challenge!

Passionate, ambitious, with a team spirit, I love to share and work closely with my colleagues, in a serene and relaxed atmosphere.
