About us Devoteam Group

In 2007, Devoteam pursued the implementation of a sustainable development initiative in France and all its subsidiaries. For that purpose, a dedicated team was appointed in France. We created our Sustainable Development Committee, based in France which gathers a representative of every key functions of the company (Purchases, Human Resources, IT Department, Marketing, etc.) as well as voluntary collaborators. We also have a national liaison contact in every country in order to harmonize policies and actions in the Group. Devoteam Group decided to make a commitment in a Group initiative based on the following principles: - The economic efficiency: existence of governance tools (committees of audit and payment, supervisory board); regular communications towards collaborators and outside the Group. - The social responsibility: Devoteam charter, choice of ethical titles in the employee savings, the subscription in the Global Compact, Devoteam foundation, handicap project etc. - The environmental impacts management: Implementation of waste sorting, reasonable use of consumables, development of "green" equipments (carton goblets, low consumption bulbs, paper FSC), “reduction of paper consumption” project, edition of a Green Guide etc. All these actions are in progress.
