Devoteam Aims to Quadruple Activity on ServiceNow Technologies through New ‘Digital Process & Platform’ Service Line

Regis Tatala Appointed Executive Vice-President to Lead New Service Line

Devoteam, a pure player in the Digital Transformation of leading businesses in EMEA, today announced the creation of its new Digital Process & Platform service line, which will see the company aim to quadruple revenue on ServiceNow technologies by 2024.

The inception of this new service line follows Devoteam’s nomination  as a ServiceNow Elite Partner in June this year and reinforces the company’s commitment to work with ServiceNow technologies. Devoteam’s ambition is to grow its revenue on ServiceNow technologies from €50 million currently to €220 million by 2024.

With more than 300 customers, 400+ tech experts and 100+ certified implementation specialists, Devoteam will focus its efforts in Europe, scaling primarily in the UK, Germany, Benelux, Spain, Switzerland, Italy and the Czech Republic, where support is being given by the Czech International Center of Excellence in Prague, as well as in the Middle East. In these markets, Devoteam will set out to achieve its ambitious objectives by building smart service management that draws on the company’s key expertise in IT Service Management, HR Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operating Model, Security and Customer Service Management.
