Day-to-day life

• Serve as an integral member of both implementation and post-implementation teams, contributing significantly to project success.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, Solution Architects and Business Analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work actively to protect the health, scalability, and “technical debt” management of the instance.
• Work with the latest features in the ServiceNow platform and continue to develop your expertise
• Guide more junior implementers by e.g. conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices to ensure the platform remains upgradeable.

The Role
As one of our Marketing Project Manager Interns, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines, you will be in the driver’s seat. Your main mission is to plan, coordinate, and execute Devoteam’s participation and booth experience at Øredev. While you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team based in Malmö, you will also collaborate with all employees across Devoteam to bring this project to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Concept & Creation: Brainstorming and developing creative marketing concepts, activities, and promotional materials for the event.

• Project Management: Independently driving your parts of the project forward, keeping track of timelines, logistics, and stakeholders.

• On-site Execution: Being present to set up, manage, and tear down the event presence (yes, this means you need to be prepared for some physical teamwork and lifting heavy boxes!).

What you will do

• Grow the practice: Lead and scale our Looker engagements across the Nordics, spot new business opportunities, and advise clients on modern analytics.

• Own delivery quality: Act as the guardian of technical excellence — set the standard for LookML development, review the team’s work, and ensure our deliverables exceed client expectations.

• Strengthen the Google alliance: Build deep, trust-based relationships with Google’s local and regional teams, positioning Devoteam as the preferred partner for selling, architecting, and delivering on Looker.

• Mentor and lead: Develop and upskill our data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning around the modern data stack.

• Partner with sales: Connect market trends with new Looker features and capabilities — including conversational analytics — to shape what we take to clients.

This is not a support role — you will become a trusted advisor to our customers, leading the technical work and influencing how organizations manage and get more out of their data. You work cross-functionally across industries and technology stacks, and bring best practices and a strong architectural mindset to every assignment. You will work on customer projects where you design, build and optimize data platforms and pipelines for some of the most successful companies in the Nordics.

What you will do

• Design and implement modern data architectures with Snowflake, dbt and Python in diverse customer environments

• Build robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that transform raw data into reliable, analysis-ready datasets

• Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Advise customers on data strategy, platform selection and best practices for data governance and data quality

• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to Devoteam’s internal knowledge base and skills development

• Participate in presales work with technical scoping, solution design and estimation
