As a M365 Copilot Solution Engineer, you will drive the adoption and integration of next-generation AI within our clients’ digital workplaces. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, designing scalable AI solutions that transform how people work.

What you will do:

• Shape the Solution: Analyze business needs, define Copilot use cases, and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions;

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Innovative Tech department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing robust data architectures that empower our clients to leverage their data effectively. You will work in a dynamic environment, tackling complex data challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

What you will do:

• Build: Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines handling both batch and streaming data processing;
• Bridge the sources: Integrate diverse data flows seamlessly from various structured and unstructured sources;
• Design: Contribute to the design of scalable solutions using medallion architecture to ensure high quality and performance;

As a Lead AI Engineer, you will lead Generative AI missions for our clients end-to-end — from proof of concept to production — acting as the technical reference on autonomous agents, LLM deployment, and cost-efficient GenAI architectures.

Here’s what that looks like in practice: an empty repo, a client’s business need, and a couple of weeks to prove the idea holds. You build the POC yourself, the client is convinced — now hundreds of their employees want it on their desk every morning. You add single sign-on and roles, quotas so nobody drains the budget in an afternoon, an evaluation harness that flags quality drift, and pipelines that ship new versions without waking anyone up. Same person, same architecture, from first prototype to the service the client relies on.

Your key responsibilities

• AI Engineering & Agentic Workflows: design and lead the implementation of autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI), and RAG pipelines with complex API integrations, on client missions;
• Hybrid LLM Deployment: define deployment strategies across managed cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI) and open-weight models (Llama, Mistral) served on GPU infrastructure via vLLM or TGI;
• LLMOps, Monitoring & Evaluation: design observability for GenAI applications — quality, latency, hallucination detection — using tools such as LangSmith, Arize, or Prometheus/Grafana;
• AI FinOps: control cost across client AI projects through token management, prompt routing, caching, and GPU resource optimization;
• Technical Leadership: standardize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) with client teams, mentor delivery engineers, and communicate the technical vision to client stakeholders.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, you’ll work across different client environments: legacy systems, hybrid setups, regulatory pressure, and stakeholders who need things explained clearly. You won’t be expected to master every domain but you will be expected to go deep in at least two, and to grow beyond them.

• Design and implement security controls, policies, and architectures tailored to each client’s environment and risk profile;

As a Junior DevOps Engineer within our Innovative Tech Department, you will join a client mission centered on Linux support, where solid system fundamentals meet modern DevOps practices; you will build your expertise across cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD, while developing a genuine appetite for AI-driven operations and continuous learning; if you enjoy combining hands-on technical work with a curiosity for emerging technologies, this role is your springboard into the DevOps world.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (CI/CD, prod/staging environments);

About the role

You’ll join Devoteam’s engineering practice and work across client engagements — from financial services to large enterprises — where the infrastructure actually matters. You’ll be embedded in cross-functional teams, shaping DevOps standards from the ground up, not inheriting someone else’s neglected setup.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and own CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects and platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), from initial design to production;
• Automate deployment and infrastructure release workflows, cutting manual toil and reducing the surface area for human error;
• Define and implement observability strategies covering metrics, logs, and distributed traces so issues are caught before users notice them;
• Design, implement, and operate Kafka-based data pipelines and real-time messaging infrastructure supporting critical business operations;
• Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, paired with configuration management via Ansible, Salt, or Puppet;

You will play a crucial role in the complete lifecycle of our client’s applications, contributing to both new development projects and essential ongoing support. This includes exploring the integration of emerging technologies, including AI components.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and propose adapted technical solutions;
• Design and develop robust, secure REST APIs and full-stack features;

As a Senior Solution Engineer specialized in ITOM/CMDB, you will act as a trusted advisor for our clients, helping them move from fragmented IT operations to a mature, unified IT Operations Management strategy; you will design robust Configuration Management Database architectures, lead the delivery of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management solutions, and bridge the gap between infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.

As an AI Architect at Devoteam, you will be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge, scalable, and secure architectures for our most innovative AI use cases. You will act as the technical lead on AI architecture, bridging complex technical challenges and tangible business value across our client engagements and internal projects.

Architectural Design & Ownership:

• Design architectures for advanced AI systems, including autonomous AI agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, and tool usage,
• Own the “system design” for new AI initiatives, from proof-of-concept to industrialization,
