Benelux Operations Officer, Permanent contract

Koerich • Luxembourg | #Operations Analyst

Devoteam Benelux spans three countries, ten business pillars, and over a thousand people. Operations as a Service (OaaS) is the shared operational layer that keeps Sales, HR, Delivery, and Finance aligned so pillar leaders can focus on clients, not internal overhead.

As Operations Officer, you are the coordination point of OaaS and the right hand of the Director of Operations Benelux: you hold the rhythm, turn scattered data into clear decisions, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks.

What you’ll own

  • Governance cadence: Prepare, run, and follow up on all OaaS rituals: Business Reviews, ExCo sessions, Reforecast cycles, Pipeline Reviews, HR Reviews. You own the materials, the agenda, and the quality of every output;
  • Action & decision tracking: Every governance session produces commitments. You log them, chase them, and flag drift before it lands on a Business Review slide;
  • Cross-OaaS programmes: You are the backbone of initiatives across the organisation (Ex: Budget & Reforecast cycles, IT Cost Analysis) and make sure each has a clear owner and visible forward motion;
  • Data consolidation: You bring together Workday, Whoz, Salesforce, and Excel into the dashboards and one-pagers that drive exec decisions as the convergence point between pillars, countries, and Corporate;
  • Internal communications: You own the operational voice of OaaS: weekly business updates, kickoff comms, internal newsletters, change messaging;
  • Executive support: You prepare CMT sessions, brief the Director, and hold meetings independently when required, escalating where needed.

Tools & environment

  • People & HR: Workday
  • Resource management: Whoz
  • CRM & pipeline: Salesforce
  • Finance: Maconomy
  • Reporting: Tableau, Excel/ Google sheets

About the role

You’ll be embedded in cross-functional teams, shaping DevOps standards from the ground up, not inheriting someone else’s neglected setup.

What you’ll do

  • Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, paired with configuration management via Ansible, Salt, or Puppet;
  • Investigate platform incidents end-to-end and own the resolution — including writing the post-mortem and updating the runbook;
  • Actively contribute to Devoteam's internal DevOps community through code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal talks.
