Devoteam was awarded a Platinum rating by EcoVadis for its commitment and performance as a responsible and sustainable business.

Devoteam has been awarded the Platinum rating by EcoVadis for its overall performance as a responsible and sustainable business, with a global 78/100 score. With this rating, Devoteam is ranked in the top 1% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in its industry.

EcoVadis has grown to become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, creating a global network of over 100.000+ rated companies across more than 170 countries and 200 industries. The EcoVadis platform, featured on TechRadar by Devoteam, evaluates businesses on 21 specific sustainability criteria across four key facets: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

This year, Devoteam was recognized in particular for its efforts in the areas of Environment, Human Rights and Ethics, with a score of 80/100 in each.
It reflects the Group’s ambitious decarbonization goals, committed to the Science-Based Target initiative (SBTi) since January 2023, and its longstanding commitment to ethics and Human rights. On top of supporting the non-profit sector digital transformation with Devoteam Foundation, Devoteam has developed Sustainable IT offers to drive a dual digital and sustainable transformation for all its clients.

“To lead our sustainability agenda, we created VEEP, our CSR strategy covering 4 main dimensions: Value, Environment, Ethics, and People. Our 3 main ambitions are to develop Tech for Better Change, reach Net-Zero by 2030, and engage all our stakeholders in our sustainable strategy, say Stanislas and Godefroy de Bentzmann, Co-founders and Co-CEOS of Devoteam.

Engaged with the UN Global Compact since 2007, Devoteam has for many years pursued a policy of social, environmental, societal and ethical responsibility for a more sustainable world. Some outstanding actions in the last 2 years were:

  • 1,300 days of pro bono work were offered to more than 35 NGOs in 2022.
  • Devomood, Devoteam’s bi-annual employee satisfaction at the group level launched as a compass to detect which areas should be improved and set up plans accordingly. More than 70% of Devoteamers responded to the last editions with an 8.1/10 rating on working conditions.
  • The implementation of several programmes to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions, limit the environmental impact of its activities and help its customers to reduce their environmental footprints, like the new Sustainable IT offerings or a new Group business travel policy.
